Responsibilities:
－Provide well-rounded customer services
－Fulfill client’s requirements
－Communicate with internal and external parties for logistics arrangement
－Prepare reports, data entry in order to maintain daily operation within each department
－Analyze website data analytics and marketing campaign data, and implement appropriate strategies to ensure a rewarding and engaging customer experience
